The Pivoine Suzhou fragrance was inspired by the legendary gardens of Asia. The press release is so beeautifully written I will quote below. 
"With Pivoine Suzhou, Giorgio Armani has reinterpreted the Eau de Toilette, combining elegance and freshness with soft, lingering sensuality. An olfactory journey inspired by precious flowers and plants, sunlight and pure, cascading water- the source of nature. This fragrance has captured the scent of the peony rose, China's most loved bloom. Initially it gives you a light scent of rose essence, it intensifies with a fruity scent and settles as a musk. The fragrance consists of Orcanox, rose of anais, tangerine, pink pepper, raspberry and a hint of patchouli.

If you are looking for an extra special gift for your beauty loving mother then this is it!

Armani Eccentrico limited edition blush and lip gloss

Hey everyone!

You may remember a few months ago I attended a make up master class with Thoa Tran for Giorgio Armani.
Thoa kindly gave us a sneak peak at the new christmas collection.

I was able to try the new Eccentrico Star Palette. The blush is beautifully packaged into a shiny red compact and houses 4 different colours together making a fresh blush on the cheek. I have to say it also makes one heck of a highlight!

This month seen the launch of The Eccentrico collection. Be quick with this one ladies! It is a limited edition collection. The Eccentrico Star Palette, Lip maestro and matching nail laquer.
These brilliant colours are a little different to the usual Armani classic collections but the blush and gloss take inspiration from the travelling fashion line this year so you can have fun with some colour!

Armani have quickly become my most coveted high end make up brand. 

My new obsession could not have come sooner as their Fall collection is currently being rolled out across the land. 

They have come up with 18 shades this fall so there is definitely something for everyone. From beautiful dark red colours that could hold their own against any vampire to more autumnal greys like the colour in the picture above. 

You only need one coat for a fabulous opaque colour, there is already a top coat inbuilt and drying time is so fast you wouldn't believe me if I told you. 

There is also a pretty nifty reservoir that holds enough polish to coat your whole hand so Mr Armani and his team surely developed this with me in mind!! 

The Rouge Ecstacy lacquer range will be available in Brown Thomas from October 15th for €24.

Hey everyone!

When I think of Armani I immediately think luxury, exclusivity, beauty, Expensive!  I live for reviews of these types of brands but sometimes I am afraid to trust the hype and invest in something I don't end up liking. I am one to sit on the fence though so I have been wanting to purchase even just one high end item and covet it from afar.. I just did not know where to start!

I had the opportunity to meet National face designer for Armani UK and Ireland Thoa Tran in the beautiful Dylan Hotel, Dublin 4 and there she gave a few of us an intimate showing of Armani Fall collection all launching within the next 6 weeks.

I was greeted in the main room by a sea of beautiful Lipsticks. 36 shades in total. There are neutrals, corals and pinks and also the most amazing reds you will find. My favourite was a dark red, berry shade called Scarlito. The lipsticks are fabulous quality. They have shea butter to moisturise but colour has not been compromised and the pay off is fabulous.

The packaging of such a powerful product is equally amazing. The outer shell is a stand out Brick Red. There is no name to signify the brand but there is the logo on the front shell making you aware that the product is indeed Armani. The lid is magnetic so you don't have to worry about ruining the lipstick if it is at the end of your bag and there is a beautiful indentation of the Armani logo on the actual product.

I am a total convert. There is such a beautiful shine from the lipstick and the colour lasts for hours. It is my new favourite product and will live with me forever!!


I had such an amazing time getting make up tips from Thoa and meeting some fellow bloggers but most of all I got my chance to experience the luxury of a high end brand and am raging I never took that step before!
